Protective Teas



It has been found through many studies that link non-herbal green, black or white tea to lower incidence of heart disease, certain cancers and other disorders. Results seem to be better the longer poeple drink tea, although how much to drink for health is unclear. Decaffinated brews contain the same protective components as caffeinated teas.
